Hood attack. Not only did he not seem very sincere by not even acknowledging the incident until 2 1/2 minutes into the speech, but notice how he refers to Joe Medicine Crow: "I hear that Dr. Joe Medicine Crow was around, and so I want to give a shout-out to that Congressional Medal of Honor winner." Mr. Obama, the Congressional Medal of Honor is bestowed on someone, they EARN it. It is not WON in a lottery. It is not pulled out of a cracker jack box, (apparently now like the noble peace prize).
