Daily Right 10/7/09

*David Axelrod whines to Roger Ailes about Fox News coverage of the Obama administration.  This would be the same administration that has received unprecedented positive news coverage, so much so that CNN is fact checking SNL skits for accuracy.

RELATED: Red Eye, hosted by Greg Gutfield, which airs at 3:00AM EST, has more viewers than CNN at 8:00PM.  If you don’t watch this show, set the DVR, and thank me later.

*Heh.  Take a look at this chart:

Notice who has the highest percentage of claims denied?  That’s right, it’s Medicare, the government run program.

*Socialism: A Hate Story, by Doctor Zero.

“One of the most persistent and dangerous illusions of socialism is the belief that money becomes magically virtuous when government handles it. Politicians are at least as greedy as any captain of industry. The installation of a politburo does not eliminate ambition from a society – it changes the means used to fulfill those ambitions. *More taxes found in the Senate’s health-care bill.  $30,000,000,000 more.

*ObamaCare in Practice, by Stephen Spruiell.

RELATED: The Lesson of State Health-Care Reforms, at the WSJ.

“Despite these state-level failures, President Barack Obama and congressional Democrats are pushing forward a slate of similar reforms. Unlike most high-school science fair participants, they seem unaware that the point of doing experiments is to identify what actually works. Instead, they’ve identified what doesn’t—and decided to do it again.”

*Frankenstein’s Monster: ObamaCares ‘Individual Mandate,’ by John Rosenberg.

*A Double Dip Recession?

*There’s some new art at the White House:

 Obama's Indecisive Artwork

I wonder if Obama painted this, maybe as an art school exercise that asked the students to paint their inner state.

*We Need a Bigger House, by Jonah Goldberg.
