Going back to the government schools is where the problem is. The commies knew that if they could just take over our learning institutions, and dumb them down, they’d influence America’s future into a downward spiral. So here we are where so called American’s are allowing this great nation to stumble in the name of hand outs, welfare, and judicial injustice. It used to be an honor to be an American, it used to be everybody had a part to play to esteem this great Nation. It’s the only place in the world people will die to get into, but aren’t dying to get out of….yet.

Well 40% of Americans need to go back to school and take American government over again, it does’nt matter what they believe, the Judicial Branch is there to interpret the law and no more. If they decide to legislate from the bench they should be brought up on charges.

40% of Americans believe judges should make rulings based on what they think is fair, and not based on what is actually the law. There are a whole lot of people jumping up and down over this pick. I see this as nothing more than a ‘political pick’ and I am concerned that this is a serious jeopardinzing blow to the legal system and that we will soon find judges making laws and not simply interpreting them.

This is hilarious. Ms. Sotomayer, like Obama is considered exceptional, brilliant and even compelling because of race. Why is it Libs always exploit race, sex, or handicap first. So what if she’s Latino, what kind of judge is she? Why were 60% of her cases that went to the higher court overturned? Does she believe in Constitutional law? Is she a fair judge? Why is she more qualified because of her race? Isn’t that what racism truly is? Since when did being Latina make a person more qualified than the next? Double standard front and center.

Here’s a question or MS. Sotomayer, is the Constitution a living document? and is it up for your own interpretation? Would it be alright if every American who is victimized by a criminal, because they cannot defend themselves due to the fact you’ve taken their firearms away, to direct them immediatly to your address?
