Indeed.  The republicans tried to head this off at the pass by requiring the bill be read aloud in its entirety.  Waxman hired a speed-reader.  No, really.  Tee hee, how funny!  Open disregard for their political foes and the American taxpayer all at once!  You Dems are so crazy.
