Uh, yeah, And this time the cooks seem to have got it right. Uh, The recipe and conditions that they came up with to mix the five ingredients - including a good blast of UV light - produce ribonucleotides via a joint precursor molecule that contains both the "base and the sugar" instead of making each in their free form (Nature, DOI: 10.1038/nature08013). Uh, and although we don't know or are not sure how the sugar got to be there before life began, because sugar is generally derived from some sort of living plant, such as sugar cane or sugar beets, uh, in theory, uh, the recipe could be somewhat like that of primordial ooze, even though no one was around to write down the recipe we are relativley, somewhat sure that we have got it right, although there probably wasn't any precursor molocules around before life to produce a ribonuleotide via by. Speaking of ooze, I think some of it is leaking down my neck from my ear, Therefore; I do believe by professing to be wise we all became fools. Uh or so it seems!
